Happy October everyone! This is my absolute favourite month of the year and to celebrate I am going to treat myself to a challenge of posting a sketch a day. Recently I've been so swamped with work for clients, which I am not complaining about because I love my job! However, it does take a lot of time and it doesn't leave me much time for sketching just for fun. So I have challenged myself to do a little sketch every day simply to keep in practice. In honour of the start of October I thought I would kick things off with this sketch of a crow. They are one of my favourite birds and an appropriate ambassador of the month. Now I'm off to make a warm cup of chai, wrap myself in a comfy sweater, and grab that sketchpad!
