There is nothing quite as yummy as a big bowl of porridge overflowing with fresh fruit for breakfast. While fresh fruit isn't quite as abundant here in the wild windy north, as say back in the pacific northwest, we still have a lovely selection of fruits and berries. I'm looking forward to enjoying the wild strawberries and cloudberries that grow in the quiet, hidden glades of the mountains. Yum!
